With strong experience in sleep therapy, psychology and research I help people who are looking for professional support to deal with every-day psychological challenges and sleep related difficulties. My approach is grounded in my neuropsychological background, anchoring my work on my extensive knowledge regarding brain functionality and individual needs of the client.
Specifically I use cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I, chronotherapy, and light therapy) to help people understand and resolve their sleeping problems. I work with an eclectic approach combining different types of psychotherapy, such as psychodynamic, existential, sensorymotor and cognitive behavioral.
